The i Cloud Web team is looking for a passionate and skilled engineer to help us build the next generation of i Cloud.com. If you're one of the millions who use i Cloud.com, you already know the impact of our work. We're a small, agile team responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance web applications that support users around the globe.

In this role, you'll contribute directly to developing and maintaining features on i Cloud.com and related web properties. Your focus will be i Cloud Drive and Homepage applications, which are vital to the success of i Cloud.com. You'll collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to ensure detailed integration and deliver exceptional user experiences. Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop and support new and existing features on i Cloud.com and related web properties.

Collaborate with Design, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Take ownership and pride in the products you build.

A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives them from beginning to end, clearly communicating the status of the feature or project.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with React, including hooks, context, and modern React patterns.

Knowledge of web security best practices and cryptographic concepts.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with iOS or hybrid mobile development.

Experience delivering web applications with a high standard of Proficiency in real-time and advanced web technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC, WebGL, etc.).

Familiar with integrating applications with OS services via XPC.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience building pixel-perfect, robust, and customer-focused software.

Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Svelte, Angular, VueJS, etc.).

Shown experience developing high-performance production applications.

Experience collaborating across different teams and functions, with a particular focus on Design & QA, to deliver impactful features/products.

Experience integrating with asynchronous APIs and web services (JSON, etc.).

Solid understanding of fundamental computer science algorithms and concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
