The Content Design team conceptualizes, crafts, and builds the content experiences for some of Apple's most visible products, including Apple Music, TV, Maps, News, and more! Your ideas and vision can impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like, and how they're used by millions of people across the globe.
The Content Design team is looking for a Design Process Solutions Architect that is an expert at creating custom solutions that support the workflow of a creative organization. You will track the data and establish processes that provide clear visibility into team capacity, project assignments, and design output. By building trusted relationships with creative and operational leads, you will translate raw data into actionable, strategic insights that ensure our teams, and projects are set up for success.

This role is for a Design Process Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex workflow challenges within a creative organization.
","responsibilities":"Capacity & Assignment Management
Maintain and update databases to ensure project level visibility into design team capacity.
Build trusted relationships with creative leaders, production design, and operational leads to understand the needs of a project skill set and shifting priorities.
Partner with design leads to forecast skill gaps and opportunities in resourcing.
Provide clear, actionable insights through reports and dashboards to support resourcing decision-making.
Support the project onboarding of vendors, freelancers, contractors, and new team members.
Provide insights to optimize workload distribution across content design to ensure projects are matched with the right talent and bandwidth.
Solutions & Process Improvement:
Audit project workflows by partnering with cross-functional teams, design and pilot the systems that improve processes, and identify high-impact opportunities for automation
Translate team needs into workflow solutions, insights, and drive the implementation of purpose-built systems.
Create documentation, workflow maps, process flowcharts and training materials.
Plan and support tooling and process changes to ensure smoother transitions and successful adoption of new tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with system design principles and the ability to translate user needs into tooling requirements.

Experience with specific resource planning and project management tools like Wrike or Air Table Minimum Qualifications
Deep experience (5+ years) in resource management, production design operations, or creative project coordination within high-volume creative industries.
Genuine interest in supporting world-class creative work through operational excellence.
Demonstrated expertise in workflow mapping, process optimization, and developing custom solutions for creative organizations.
Strong relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Proficiency in leveraging data, resource planning tools, and dashboard creation to provide strategic insights.
Proven track record of proactively identifying challenges and implementing preventative solutions.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and thoughtful in collaborative environments.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
