About the Role
Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, great ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.
Are you a strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution? Do you love to solve problems and have an uncanny knack for analytics? As part of our World Wide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.
As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager, you will lead program management of key capabilities within the Salesforce program, overseeing multiple interconnected projects and coordinating across diverse teams. You will leverage your strong collaboration skills and leadership capabilities to manage vertically and laterally across the organization, build meaningful relationships with business partners, and influence program direction. Through your ownership, forward-thinking influence, and passion for creating solutions, you will make an impact on Apple's business for years to come.
Responsibilities

- Engage with leadership, business partners, and engineering teams to develop project timelines and communication plans
- Secure commitments and ensure adherence to established schedules
- Partner with leadership teams to manage budgets for projects and any changes to those budgets
- Drive the implementation and innovative enhancements of tools, technology (including leveraging AI tools for efficiency and insights), and processes that empower the WW Sales BPR team to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend process innovations and efficiencies through analysis, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile) for the program
- Leverage leading-edge technology (e.g., AI) and process improvement ideas to optimize program planning and delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Background in program management, business analysis, or similar role leading complex, cross-functional business transformation projects
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, including leading simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
- Experience with Consumer and B2B sales processes (e.g., account plans, forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, partner incentives, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform functionality and best practices, native capabilities, customization, and integrations with external systems
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating high-impact presentations and "storytelling through data"
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to establish trust, and influence across cross-functional and multi-directional partners
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with back margin, promotions, pricing, and incentives programs is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models; PMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus
- Experience with project management tools
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
- Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
- Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards a solution
- Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
- Master's Degree is a plus
