Description:

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to build and drive the next set of technologies that will power personal search. Ideally you have a deep technical understanding of iOS or macOS, experience in prototyping ideas, and shipping solutions that can work for a diverse set of users and can be performant on various devices. Having robust technical opinions, and the drive to experiment while staying focused on timely deliverables are key to being successful here.","responsibilities":"Build new capabilities on existing and mature software systems that power Search

Prototype frameworks and UI to rapidly try out new concepts

Stay connected with rapidly changing AI landscape to develop with and educate the team on them

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong product focus and ability to advocate for the end user experience

Deep understanding of and a strong opinion on software quality

Comfortable with taking ownership and driving product quality end-to-end

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in building software solutions (frameworks, UI) for iOS or macOS

Track record of working cross functionally with engineers, designers, ML engineers etc to ship products
