About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Worldwide Lead for Executive Engagement to elevate Apple's most critical customer and partner interactions. In this high-impact role, you will be the architect behind world-class executive briefing experiences, driving significant sales acceleration and fostering deep relationships through our Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) across the globe.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business objectives into compelling narratives and unforgettable engagements. This is more than a coordination role; it's about setting the global standard for executive engagement, influencing key stakeholders, and directly contributing to Apple's business growth and innovation pipeline.

Description:

In this role, you will:

Define Global Strategy: Architect and implement the worldwide strategy for executive briefings, ensuring alignment with Apple's strategic priorities and global sales objectives.

Curate Transformative Experiences: Lead the end-to-end curation of high-profile executive briefings, meticulously aligning content, speakers, and interactive elements to address critical customer challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Drive Consultative Partnerships: Serve as a consultative selling expert, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deeply understand customer insights and translate them into bespoke, impactful briefing agendas.

Amplify Sales Impact: Collaborate strategically with sales leaders, leveraging the EBC as a powerful asset to cultivate new relationships, expand mindshare, and accelerate critical sales cycles.

Innovate Content & Assets: Proactively identify strategic content gaps and champion the development of cutting-edge assets and narratives that resonate with C-suite executives and industry leaders.

Build a World-Class Speaker Bureau: Establish and manage a dynamic global speaker bureau, empowering Apple's brightest minds to deliver compelling, high-impact presentations that showcase our innovation.

Ensure Flawless Execution: Oversee the seamless execution of all high-profile briefings, ensuring an exceptional, memorable, and impactful experience for every customer and partner.

Empower & Coach: Provide expert coaching and best practices to account teams and briefing partners, elevating their preparation and delivery to maximize engagement outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in client services, management consulting, or similar advisory roles specifically within enterprise technology companies.

Proven ability to design and architect executive briefings or strategic customer meetings that consistently achieve specific business objectives.

Experience building, managing, or significantly contributing to a speaker bureau or similar expert engagement program.

A strong understanding of complex sales cycles and evolving customer priorities in a global enterprise environment.

Demonstrated understanding of sales cycles and customer priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in executive engagement, strategic client management, or related advisory roles.

Expert-level consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to understand complex business needs, synthesize solutions, and drive impactful outcomes.

Demonstrated success in client or customer management, including deep listening, needs assessment, solution identification, and post-engagement debriefs.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, executives) to champion executive engagements and content development.

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to deeply listen, articulate complex ideas clearly, and facilitate engaging discussions with senior leaders (5-50+ stakeholders).

A highly collaborative spirit with a track record of building strong, productive relationships across a global organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
