About the Role

We're looking for an individual to be a proactive & collaborative cross-functional lead with both internal customer facing teams and external partners, to drive long term business and revenue growth through channel partners.

  • Adopt and scale existing channel activation programs while identifying and ideating new, innovative approaches to accelerate partner-led growth.
  • Successfully navigate an "influence without control" environment, altering default internal behaviors and securing buy-in from sales & sales leadership.
  • Securing credibility, partnership and trust with sales leadership is critical, you will use sophisticated questioning, networking, and strong communication skills to be successful in this area.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, & Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes and where necessary, secure their resource to deliver against your own goals.
  • Building relationships and credibility with partners is vital, their investment, prioritization and support in your region will define your own success.
  • Plan ahead and anticipate change & opportunity with cross-functional leaders and partners, pioneer initiatives and bring others on the journey with you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Sales & partnerships experience across media platforms including online, mobile, search, video and display.
  • Experience influencing internal teams and working collaboratively with cross functional peers.
  • Proven track record of influencing and building relationships with partners from C Level through to client facing teams.
  • Experience creating and deploying channel activation strategies that impact the business in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Experience supporting & enabling sales organizations, facilitating and structuring success from behind the scenes with compelling partnership programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable and experienced of using data to tell a compelling story, secure buy in, investment and support from cross functional teams.
  • Thrives when identifying, structuring and implementing unique ideas that deliver for cross-functional teams, partners and the end customer.
  • Appreciates Apple's culture and values, and is energized by the challenges of delivering trustworthy solutions within an evolving industry.
