This is a site-based role.

The Senior Producer is a strategic leader, partnering closely with designers, engineers and clinical specialists to guide innovative design work from idea to delivery. You will collaborate with internal and external creative and development teams as well as subject matter experts. Attention to detail, capacity to adapt, and ability to manage competing priorities while being an excellent communicator will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Independently produce multiple high-profile health design projects. Develop schedules and process to guide projects from ideation to delivery
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with multi-functional partners in design, clinical specialty areas, engineering and product management to align on priorities, schedules and drive effective decision making
• Lead cross-functional meetings and design reviews, documenting and communicating next steps
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and guide the team in responding to them
• Foster inclusive working partnerships with leads, managers, and individual contributors alike, across design, clinical, research and engineering
• Advocate for best-in-class user experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading the production of digital app experiences with a history of successful leadership at a product delivery level
• Experience driving strategic requirements and resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams (including engineering and business partners) against multi-year roadmaps
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A track record of close collaboration and active participation with creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in any aspect of health care or health product design
• Highly organized and skilled at crafting efficiencies to further streamline processes
• Interactive agency experience
