Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. Our ASO User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team is a Quality Team responsible for partnering cross functionally across Apple, with business and technical teams, to evaluate the functionality and integrity of our digital and transactional solutions. We are the quality leader chartered with validating and endorsing our digital solutions, overseeing final readiness, functionality, and the end-to-end customer journey for the Apple Store Online business and ensuring the experience that we create matches what we had envisioned for our customers.
