We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual with significant information security compliance experience to be part of our IS&T SAP Security Team. You will ensure that processes and procedures are executed in compliance with internal controls and policies.

As the Sr. SAP Security Compliance Analyst be responsible for audit readiness by ensuring the SAP environment complies with regulations (such as PCI, SOX, GDPR, etc.) and internal controls and policies. You will be embedded with the technical team and work with Information Security, Internal Audit, Compliance, Engineering and Project teams to find opportunities to continually strengthen SAP security procedures. You will partner with application owners, facilitate technical designs, document opportunities for enhancement and ultimately provide recommendations. You are a self-starter, forward-thinking person with strong leadership capabilities. You can communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of SOX audit activities for SAP Security, including control documentation, testing, and remediation
  • Ensure that evidence collection is accurate and complies with audit standards
  • Assist with internal and external audits by coordinating efforts and reporting on progress
  • Propose improvements, both process and technical, and craft solutions aligned with compliance standards
  • Interact with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in various aspects of SAP Security, both from a technical as well as business process perspective
  • 8 years of experience in SOX testing methodologies, documentation standards, and control evaluation
  • 8 years of experience in GRC Access Control and Process Control
  • 8 years of experience in SAP authorization concept for both on-premise systems such as ECC, BW, Portal, BPC as well as S/4 HANA and new SAP Cloud solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of SAP Basis administration, transport management, and system landscape
  • Familiarity with database and operating system controls supporting SAP (e.g., HANA, Oracle, Windows, Unix)
  • Ability to write queries or use SAP T-codes for evidence gathering
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
