Description:

In this role, you will design and execute on advanced cellular, and telephony features for i Phone, i Pad, and Apple Watch, collaborating with Apple's cross functional teams to create intuitive user journeys. You will oversee the full feature lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, and work with software development, UX designers, security, privacy, marketing, legal, QA and cellular carriers to roll out the features globally.

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of experience in feature roadmapping, solution architecture and end to end project execution of wireless software features

• Solid understanding of 5G systems, 3GPP modem features, IMS

• Experience with networking protocols and core network architecture

• Prior experience in handling external communication with eco system partners like cellular carriers or infrastructure vendors

• Strong proven background and experience in real-time operating systems

• Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Cellular/ eSIM/ Telephony/ Wi Fi technology

• Passionate, curious, and always seeking innovative ways to solve real-world problems.

• Experience building reliable and robust software systems

• Upbeat, adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude

• Excel in collaborative environments with excellent interpersonal skills for working across cross-functional teams

• Prior experience with GSMA or 3GPP standards

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
