Description:

The Americas Logistics Business Analyst will transform complex datasets into impactful business insights with a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and strategic focus. You will spearhead data-driven efforts, crafting sophisticated models and interactive visualizations to illuminate the dynamics of our AMR supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand domain-specific requirements, applying data science to uncover insights, drive informed decision-making, and implement automation initiatives that enhance team efficiency by eliminating non-value-added tasks. Communicate findings in relatable terms to senior leadership, highlighting business impact and guiding strategic choices.

Navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver innovative business analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts in business terms, know how to tell a story to highlight key insights, and present analysis effectively to key partners.

Can easily cut through ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business process and details.

Proven ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly-matrixes, rapidly changing environment.

Demonstrated collaboration as well as leadership and influencing skills

Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities, leveraging Python or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.

Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets using Python for data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation.

A keen eye for design and proven ability to tell compelling stories leveraging data visualization tools like Tableau, Thought Spot, or Power BI.

At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a track record of leveraging data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

A proactive problem-solver capable of delivering end-to-end project solutions in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.

Strong curiosity for understanding business needs and translating them into tangible analytical outputs that lead to meaningful impact
