The Design Producer of Product Graphics is part of the Design Team in Marcom. They are design-led and engineering minded with a focus on delivering best in class work for specific product launches and sustaining updates. They partner closely with cross-functional teams to determine requirements for Apple's product markings on hardware and software.
Description:
Product Graphics Design Producers manage the development and schedules for creative work which is applied to hardware and software screens. They partner with Designers and engineering teams to develop best-in-class creative for our product launches, sustain efforts, pilots and programs.
This role works closely with a variety of teams across the organization, including: regulatory, legal, operations, functional creative groups, production, leadership, and the Industrial Design studio.","responsibilities":"Collaborates with partners to define a clear understanding of required content to create a collaborative project plan including reference materials, manufacturing constraints, compliance requirements and key deliverable dates, noting priority of specific pieces of artwork.
Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project design limitations and requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with overall objectives. Advocate for design in these conversations, driving all opens, questions and concerns to closure.
Partner with designers to ensure design consistency of graphic treatment across the product ecosystem.
Effectively communicate to drive decisions and provide timely updates to team members.
Develop and foster trust and partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide effective support across diverse product categories, managing varying complexities and considerations.
Facilitate design discussions with Product Graphics Designers, Industrial Designers and Human Interface Designers to develop and finalize graphic studies.
Continuously re-evaluate the workflow for efficiencies, identifying improvement opportunities with tools or processes to strengthen the team's efficiency and productively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Well-versed in leading the creative development process with strong project management skills as part of a team developing graphic design solutions for technology or similar products.
Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple partners and departments.
Meticulous attention to detail with extraordinary follow-through skills.
Cares deeply about product graphics on hardware and design.
Appreciation for and focus on quality of work, clear communication, and patience for the process-both as it relates to engineering and design.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience as a creative producer, creative operations manager, project manager or related role.
Proven experience with a variety of print techniques and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with Mac applications, database management systems, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and Acrobat, and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
