About the Role

The Field Engagement and Analytics organization is seeking an experienced Data Stability Analyst to drive product stability through AI-augmented analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines advanced data analysis with predictive insights and intelligent automation while maintaining critical human oversight for strategic decision-making.

You'll lead stability initiatives across all operating systems, working with AI systems to proactively identify issues before they impact users and coordinating resolution efforts across multiple engineering teams.

Description

We are looking for someone to drive AI-enhanced stability analysis and lead cross-functional resolution efforts for critical software stability issues. Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Release Management teams throughout the stability lifecycle from detection through resolution. Oversee AI systems for intelligent monitoring, predictive regression detection, and automated pattern recognition while providing strategic human insight. Present stability trends, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership. Own end-to-end accountability for critical stability investigations involving multiple teams. Design and optimize human-AI collaboration workflows to identify complex patterns in stability data and improve operating system stability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-augmented stability monitoring and predictive analysis across operating systems
  • Drive cross-functional investigations and coordinate resolution of complex stability issues
  • Create executive presentations and stakeholder communications using AI-generated insights
  • Manage multi-team dependencies and timelines for critical stability improvements
  • Prompt engineer ML systems for anomaly detection and regression identification
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, stability engineering, or technical program management
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering and product teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Experience with data analysis tools and basic ML/AI prompt engineering
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau for advanced analytics and compelling data presentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with stability analysis, crash investigation, or quality engineering
  • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation tools
  • Experience with MCP Servers, AI Agents, advanced Prompt Engineering, and using AI for complex automated data analysis
  • Program management experience with multi-team coordination and dependency management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and managing stakeholder relationships
