The Brand Strategy team is part of Marketing Communications (Marcom) team and is dedicated to creating inspiring and impactful campaigns that drive the business and influence culture.
Description:
The Brand Strategy Lead for Apple Creator Studio will collaborate closely with creative teams to launch new products, create impactful campaigns, and build Apple's relationship with students, pros, and amateurs across the creator economy, cementing the next generation of Apple fans and loyalists. You will lead strategic development for a product that sits at the intersection of professional creativity, emerging creative communities, and Apple's unique role in shaping the future of creative expression.","responsibilities":"Develop creative briefs and brand positioning that inspire campaign development, act as a north star for the service and galvanize cross-functional teams behind a singular idea
Collaborate with strategy, brand, consumer insights, media, creative, and business marketing to ensure alignment on goals and execution
Translate and synthesize data into actionable, compelling insights to inform strategic points of view
Build networks and nurture relationships across teams and functions to influence decisions and outcomes
Become an expert on the business, category, audience and culture surrounding the creator economy and creative software tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the creator economy, including emerging platforms, tools, and behaviors reshaping creative expression
Continuously monitors creator trends, social platform dynamics, and cultural shifts to inform strategic decision-making
Provocative problem solver who challenges the status quo and pushes thinking in new directions
Passionate about fashion, music, arts and entertainment
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
Social-first thinker, immersed in culture and on the pulse of new trends and the evolving media landscape
Advanced visual storytelling skills; Keynote proficiency a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of brand strategy experience with global brands within a large creative agency or internal, multi-channel marketing team
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated brand strategies that drive business results and market differentiation
Demonstrate clear understanding of how brand work connects to business outcomes, market position, and organizational strategy, ensuring brand decisions are grounded in business reality
Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in samples of creative briefs or case studies

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,500 and $260,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
