Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. As part of the World Wide Sales Business Transformation group, you will help shape the future of one of the world’s largest channel operations. Our team implements the strategies, cutting-edge tools, and process transformations necessary to accelerate global sales, expand routes-to-market, and elevate the customer experience.

In this position, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on optimizing our sales processes and technology solutions. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to define scope, identify key deliverables, drive implementation, oversee readiness and change management, measure success through data, and lead optimization and enhancement efforts. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of internal programs, resulting in world-class experiences for employees, partners, and customers.
