This role will be responsible for developing product strategies, identifying opportunities, and designing solutions to enable innovative commerce experiences with Apple Pay. You will lead a cross-functional team including business, marketing, design, data science, and engineering to execute the strategies you create.
The Apple Pay team is experiencing rapid growth, expanding into new markets and introducing many innovative features. We are seeking a highly skilled product professional to contribute to the growth of Apple Pay in e-commerce.
We are seeking a product manager with extensive experience in building and launching consumer products, a deep passion for e-commerce and payment, and familiarity with agentic commerce.
Description:
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce business, engineering, human-interface, and other functional teams across Apple. You will also work closely with external partners such as payment networks, issuers, payment service platforms (PSPs), e-commerce merchants, and other ecosystem players.
You will be expected to guide teams leading intricate, cross-functional projects, driving progress by delving into technical details when necessary while simultaneously considering the end-to-end experience and fostering innovation within a rapidly evolving domain.
You should possess technical proficiency, a strong emphasis on user experience, business acumen, and the ability to navigate the payments and e-commerce ecosystem. Additionally, you should possess exceptional presentation skills and be able to articulate a compelling vision and requirements that motivate the team and enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on e-commerce, payment systems, and broader consumer technology.
Existing experience with a major technology company working on agentic commerce.
MBA or PhD a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce, payment or consumer digital experiences.
Track record of building consumer products with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and data scientists, as well as external partners.
Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize complex topics, distill key business dynamics, and communicate effectively with senior executives.
Expertise in payment and e-commerce technology end-to-end stack (discovery, checkout, authentication, fraud, processing, etc.) and ecosystem players' roles and strategies (e.g., networks, issuers, payment service providers, etc.).
Proven ability to impact payment and e-commerce business metrics (payment volume, conversion, authorization, and fraud rate, etc.).
BS/BA Degree required.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
