The Worldwide Events Team is seeking a well-rounded and highly creative Event Experiential Designer to support our Design & Fabrication team. This Team works with several teams across the company to bring Apple's iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new product launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, the Design & Fabrication team is responsible for fostering design throughout the entire guest journey.

As an Experiential Designer, you'll collaborate with the team to lead conceptualization and development of bespoke experiential activations that resonate with our core brand while being engaging and tell a compelling story. You'll think through spatial layouts and experiential activations from conception to completion. You're a highly creative, energetic, driven, and passionate individual.","responsibilities":"Gathering inspiration, creating mood boards, and defining experiential concepts tailored for our content creator audience for output on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Staying ahead of emerging trends in events, social media, and brand activations in order lead brainstorms and define how we should up in social-first experiences.
Creating compelling layouts and floor plans that consider the entire guest journey from start to finish to create the best possible experience.
Conceptualizing and creating to-scale elevations and 3D renders based on event briefs.
Communicating your ideas visually and verbally to our internal and external partners in a way that threads the needle on the overall event brief and brand goals.
Conducting research and specifying new furniture and materials for both long-term and immediate event needs.
Collaborating with multiple internal partners and vendors, from design-to-build fabrication and scenic implementation for events.
Contributing to ongoing meetings with key vendor partners and cross-functional partners, and following up with action items.
Creating presentation decks for leadership that convey concepts and have a strong point of view.
Preferred Qualifications:
You are highly creative, with a background in design, and a deep understanding of space planning.
You understand the content creator audience and what makes a space compelling and engaging for content capture.
You have experience building out 2D & 3D spaces in CAD and can create realistic renders for visualization. You understand scale & space.
You are a strong collaborator and clear communicator. You pay attention to the small details. You are highly organized, handling ambiguity with grace.
You understand fixture and scenic fabrication and can create designs that come to life.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and can communicate timelines across various deliverables, both internally and externally.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience within a top creative agency environment and/ or high-end fabrication and production company.
Experience in Sketch Up, Rhino and/or other 3D modeling & rendering tools, and proficient in the Adobe Suite and can edit and enhance your renders using tools like photoshop.
Proficiency in Mac, Keynote, Numbers and other collaboration tools.
Ability to travel both domestic & international and be on-site event and load-in/out over weekends, as needed.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
