The testing tools productivity team is creating tooling and services to ensure Apple's OS platforms and Apps are amazing to use on i Phone, i Pad, Mac, Watch, TV, and beyond. Our tools are a crucial part of Apple's development workflow and our services run tests at extensive scale as part of the at desk and CI workflows of Apple's engineers. This team is expanding the scope and scale of testing that is possible at Apple by building next-gen tools and is looking for people excited by that goal.

Description:

As a member of this team, you will contribute to a dynamic full stack development team. You will use Swift to build powerful command line tools, flexible Frameworks, and high scale web services. You will work on features to accelerate the adoption of Xcode Cloud inside and outside of Apple. You will help to design and develop new tools and services to enable seamless test authoring, sharing, and execution for Apple's own engineering teams as they scale their testing using Xcode Cloud. You will build novel solutions to meet the unique needs of testing at the speed and scale, and diversity of use cases in Apple's software organization. This could look like minimizing the overhead of test setup and result reporting so users get their results in seconds not minutes, supporting new types of test targets, adding new extension points and APIs for teams to customize their tests, or ensuring our tooling integrates seamlessly with Xcode at desk and in the Cloud.
