Description:

Apple is seeking an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for growing the Apple Creator Studio subscription service. The Marketing Manager will work with a wide variety of teams across Apple, including business, product marketing, creative, external media, consumer research, engineering, campaign analytics, and design. You will develop and support programs that drive customer consideration and conversion to our subscription and make sure they are getting the most out of their service.

","responsibilities":"The Marketing Manager for Creator Studio will support developing and driving go-to-market campaigns that break through to drive awareness and overall user growth and engagement of our Creator Studio services.

Develop marketing briefs informed by customer insights and competitive landscape to ensure on-strategy messaging and media plan that is compelling and effectively reaches the target audience.

Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different timezones, including business, channel marketing, product marketing, engineering, analytics and design teams.

Serve as the hub of the wheel across cross-functional teams to plans and drive go-to-market plans, to deliver against marketing goals with meaningful metrics.

Develop a process of continuous improvement, where campaigns are setup correctly for tracking and the results of this work are carefully analyzed and insights are fed back into the next round of plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong project management skills to prioritize and follow through with various deliverables on time to enable the best customer experience.

Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution.

Excellent presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning.

Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Ability to balance large workloads in a dynamic environment, and work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.

Experience partnering with Analytics teams on campaign insights, as well as self-pulling reports from dashboards.

Outstanding cross functional working skills with a team-first mentality in solving problems and implementing programs that achieve core business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years experience supporting marketing programs, ideally within a subscription business model with demonstrated success achieving goals around driving brand awareness, education, conversion and retention.

Background in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to develop a go-to-market approach.

Experience with a variety of channels including paid media, on-device channels, owned channels and partner marketing.

Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.

Shown ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
