About Us

Working at Apple means doing more than you ever thought possible and having more impact than you ever imagined.
Size: 10000+ employees

Industry: Technology, Information Technology, Software, Consumer Goods & Services

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job, and there's no telling what you could accomplish.

Do you love Apple products? Do you love solving problems? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment? Do you enjoy working on matters that touch customers all over the world? As a part of our legal team, you'll help uphold Apple's high ethical and corporate standards and provide legal support for all our products across the globe. Working for a company that invents entire categories and industries means you'll be challenged to creatively apply your expertise to rare and often unexplored areas of the law.

You'll work with Apple's engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and introduce Apple products to the world. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.

Description:

You will join a team of attorneys who advise Apple's product integrity, environmental technologies, engineering, customer support, operations, marketing, regulatory compliance, and risk management teams on a wide range of issues. This is an opportunity to apply your skills in a non-litigation setting, broaden your advisory range, and forge creative solutions to help the company mitigate risk, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory compliance. You will support various functional groups with legal guidance on product integrity and compliance issues arising in new product development. You'll strategize, draft, and coordinate responses to agency inquiries, investigations, and document requests. You'll support Apple Care, Executive Relations, and Risk Management in resolving customer issues, and manage outside counsel in the investigation, defense, and resolution of pre-litigation claims. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
