We are looking for an experienced Ad Certification specialist to help us ensure the highest standards of advertising across the platform. We're looking for critical thinkers who would like to play a key role in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a self-motivated, incredibly detail-oriented Individual able to navigate grey areas effectively.
Description:
Ensure logical and meaningful review of Ad/URL content. Deliver high-quality content review consistently and accurately.
Think both quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate and address unusual, harmful, or sensitive content. Identify and report issues, patterns, and trends on the platform.
Oversee policy enforcement for an assigned platform to ensure compliance processes and procedures are integrated and aligned with business processes.
Conduct UATs, report bugs and enhancement requests for existing and upcoming policy enforcement tools.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams across time-zones.
Work independently to effectively prioritize and manage your time. Learn and use various internal tools to review and moderate content on the platform.
Inform appropriate Management about issues that may involve policy violations or potential liability. Assist Management to implement adequate controls within the ad review processes.
Ensure escalations have all information needed and reach the proper audience so actions can be taken.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in quality assurance, training, and team leadership functions.
Familiarity with spreadsheet functions and basic data analysis.
Experience filing and managing bug reports in issue tracking system.
Fluency in other languages.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in content review and moderation.
Extensive expertise in policy interpretation and guidance.
Strong understanding of operational procedures, standards and controls.
News addict, informed about pop-culture, slangs, controversial and current events.
Incredibly detail-oriented and able to navigate grey areas effectively.
Proven ability complete repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Able to manage exposure to unusual, sensitive, and/or obscene content.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills.
Adaptable to work in a fast paced and informal environment.
Familiarity with Apple products and services, especially MacOS, iOS.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends in turns.
