Description:
We are looking for an organized, curious, and proactive program manager who understands the mechanics of software delivery. This role is for someone who excels at taking ownership of specific feature sets and driving them through the finish line. If you are passionate about high-quality execution, managing technical dependencies, and shaping projects that touch millions of customers, this is your opportunity to shine.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing and delivering specific project features, collaborating effectively with cross-functional engineering and QA teams.
Ability to use data and project metrics to provide insights into project health and team velocity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain focus and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Technical curiosity and a desire to participate in discussions regarding system architecture, including cloud services or on-device software.
Experience contributing to the launch of consumer software or digital tools at scale.
Familiarity with Apple operating systems (iOS, macOS, etc.) and a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.
Experience working with UI/UX designers to translate design mocks into technical requirements.
MBA or similar product or program management certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field,
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
Software project management skills with a focus on tracking deliverables and managing timelines across engineering teams.
Track record of taking features from design to launch, ensuring technical requirements are met.
Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $213,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
