As a Broker in our Specialty team, you will support clients in managing complex financial and specialty risks.

You may bring prior experience in one or more product lines (e.g.

Trade Credit, D&O, PI, FI/banks), or you may have a strong interest and the ambition to build that expertise with us.

What the day will look like Manage and help expand a portfolio of Specialty clients focused on financial and specialty lines of insurance Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across a range of industries and sectors Analyse client operations, contracts, and financial/risk data to understand exposures and coverage needs Design and present tailored risk transfer and risk mitigation solutions across relevant product lines Negotiate insurance terms and conditions with insurers, obtain and compare quotations, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients Advise on the implementation of insurance requirements in commercial contracts and financing arrangements Support clients on policy wording interpretation and compliance with policy obligations Assist clients in incident response and continuity planning following financial, professional, cyber, or credit‑related events Coordinate with internal claims specialists and insurers to support effective resolution of losses Participate in, and where appropriate contribute to, internal and client‑facing training on specialty/financial lines (e.g.

Trade Credit, PI, FI) Collaborate closely with senior brokers and product specialists, learning from experts and sharing market insights Contribute to new business initiatives, RFPs, and cross‑sell opportunities within the Specialty department Support the development of innovative risk solutions in response to emerging client needs and market trends Skills and experience that will lead to success At least 2 years' experience in insurance, broking, underwriting, banking, corporate finance, or financial risk management.

Prior exposure to one or more of the following is a advantage: Trade Credit or Surety, Cyber insurance or technology risk, Directors & Officers, Professional Indemnity (PI) / Errors & Omissions Analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with financial information and contracts Slovak (native) and English (fluent) languages Capability of communicating complex concepts clearly to clients Proactive, organised, and adaptable—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑evolving environment Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working in teams and building relationships Proficient in using standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyse data and prepare clear client presentations and reports How this opportunity is different Following a structured learning path across key specialty and financial lines (for example Trade Credit, PI, D&O and Cyber), the programme is tailored to your background and interests.
