Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W. Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings.
- Lead requirements gathering meetings and review designs with the business.
- Design and develop analytic models, applications and supporting tools, which enable Data Scientists to create algorithms/ models in a big data ecosystem.
- Assist with the design, implementation and delivery of an insights data pipeline supporting analytic products across the organization using Python, API.
- Coordinate integration actions to ensure successful implementation.
- Form analytics platform components and/or processing components required to provide a business solution.
- Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
- Implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems.
- May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Develop and own list of final enhancements.
- Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Ensure unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan.
- Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort.
- Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
- Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team.
- Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines.
- Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field of study.
- Seven (7) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
