Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Frontier Systems is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized hardware and software products for Department of War and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the DoW and IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you’ll engender support and build advocacy across different business lines, industry partners, and government partners at different echelons of command. You will be the face of Anduril to INDOPACOM and service components for all Counter-C5ISRT efforts; ensure our Joint Force partners are knowledgeable of Anduril’s hardware and software family of systems and how they contribute to counter-targeting efforts; ensure Anduril’s C-suite and cognizant business lines are aware of current and future counter-targeting requirements.

Shape, inform, and drive new Anduril product strategies including Counter C5ISR-T, Air/Maritime Operations, and discover new products to enable INDOPACOM operations.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Discovery, Intelligence Systems, and Space Business lines along with the Strategic Growth team, Communications team, and Corporate Development team to develop and execute plans for programmatic shaping, contracting strategy, funding strategy, and partnership strategy leading to capture of future INDOPACOM opportunities.

  • Establish operational assessments, scenarios, and simulations to drive operational and data-driven strategies to shape future Department of War investments and Anduril product roadmaps across INDOPACOM. Align specific operational outcomes toward future products and inform the community on how existing Anduril products can close operational gaps and solutions.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including INDOPACOM Staff and leadership, Pacific Fleet staff and leadership, US Army Pacific staff and leadership, and PACAF staff and leadership. Represent Anduril in engagements across the INDOPACOM operational sphere of influence.

  • Monitor and report on strategy progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment, including establishing strategic goals and priorities, defining financial performance metrics, and assessing the strategic roadmap for Anduril to deliver solutions to INDOPACOM.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
