Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a Program Manager to design and scale our Department of Defense Skill Bridge program as a core talent pipeline. This individual will build the end-to-end strategy, infrastructure, and partnerships required to translate military experience into high-impact roles at Anduril.

This role will focus on aligning Skill Bridge with workforce planning, enabling direct skill matching to open roles, and building scalable systems for recruitment, onboarding, manager enablement, and conversion to full-time employment. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in creating structure, driving adoption, and developing programs that deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and scale Anduril’s Skill Bridge program as a structured pathway into full-time roles.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify internal roles aligned with military skillsets and workforce needs.

  • Build frameworks to translate military experience into Anduril job requirements and enable effective candidate matching.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging Skill Bridge partners, referrals, and targeted outreach.

  • Establish processes for candidate evaluation, skill matching, onboarding, and performance management.

  • Build systems to nurture passive Skill Bridge candidates and maintain long-term pipeline engagement.

  • Track conversion rates, hiring outcomes, and program effectiveness.

  • Develop onboarding plans, training, and enablement resources to support managers hosting Skill Bridge participants.

  • Create scalable playbooks, SOPs, and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent participant success and conversion readiness.

  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure Skill Bridge is integrated into Anduril’s broader hiring strategy.

  • Build and manage partnerships with Skill Bridge providers and veteran organizations (e.g., Hire Heroes, Hire Military, Vets in Tech).

  • Represent Anduril within the Skill Bridge ecosystem to strengthen access to high-quality candidates.

  • Support development of dedicated infrastructure and resources to improve military talent engagement and visibility.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, talent acquisition programs, or workforce development.

  • Proven ability to build and scale programs from concept to execution.

  • Experience translating business hiring needs into structured talent pipelines.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.

  • Excellent organizational, operational, and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience with Skill Bridge, military transition programs, or veteran workforce programs preferred.

  • Develop training, playbooks, and guidance to help managers successfully host and evaluate Skill Bridge participants.

  • Build scalable processes, SOPs, and program infrastructure to support long-term growth.

  • Establish and manage partnerships with Skill Bridge providers, military transition offices, and external organizations.

  • Expand Anduril’s presence within the Skill Bridge ecosystem to attract high-quality candidates.
