Associate Analyst, Information Technology

Primary Function

Manages and administers dynamic test cell controllers such as SE‑Probe/DCC, Integrator/igWT, igFT, providing IGS technical support. Develops systems and documentation to ensure products, processes, and technology supporting Wafer Sort comply with manufacturing quality standards

Competency Level

Educational Background

Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Electronics Engineering license is an advantage.

Knowledge, skill and abilities

• Knowledgeable in Wafer Sort and CSP‑WLP production flows.
• Computer literate and proficient in standard manufacturing and office tools.
• Resourceful and assertive, with the ability to take initiative in a production environment.
• Possesses good communication skills and works effectively as a team player.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end cell controller and software application support for the wafer sort production line, ensuring system availability and stability.

• Evaluate, validate, and qualify new software releases to ensure readiness and compliance for production deployment.

• Coordinate closely with engineering and design teams on all Wafer Sort software development initiatives, supporting the full lifecycle from concept, development, and testing to production rollout.

• Deliver consistent and reliable MES and database administration services to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Ensure software integrity and manufacturing process alignment by providing technical leadership, implementation planning, and issue resolution for Wafer Sort production systems.

• Lead and provide technical guidance to manufacturing IT technicians and/or engineering coordinators, ensuring effective execution of support activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to the company’s environmental management, health, and safety (EHS) policies in all system and operational activities.

• Maintain awareness of and comply with the company’s quality and environmental policies, supporting audit and compliance requirements.

• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
