This specific role begins with four 6–9-month rotations through various groups within Sales Operations, becoming an expert in multiple processes and core competencies within Sales Operations.

The rotations may include, but are not limited to:

Web Support:

Supporting our broad market customer base who utilize our e Shop via Live Chat and case systems. This includes quotes, samples, lead time inquiries, and other account inquiries, including Storefront account set up as necessary.

Lead Management:

Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics to follow up on emerging opportunities with potential customers. Develop a process to track, follow up, and monitor leads and opportunities, categorize them by potential. Nurture them if still in evaluation with customers and collaborate with Field Sales once a lead becomes an eminent design win.

Allocation Analyst:

Analyzing supply vs demand in critical supply situations and determining best course of action. Lead analyst and communicator, and responsible for gathering data for multiple parties internally and creating and executing crucial allocation plan impacting multiple internal and external customers, to best support our entire customer base.

Priority Broad Market:

Partnering with internal Field Sales team members and their assigned customer base. Work directly with internal and external customers with responsibilities including pricing, samples, critical part tracking, and data analytics. Communication skills highly critical as this position could require being an active participant and/or leading meetings with customers and presentations. Potential for necessary travel to customers.

Strategic and Key Accounts:

Support Global Account Managers and Customer Account Specialists who handle our largest customers by assisting with reporting, data analysis, critical part tracking, and samples, among other responsibilities. Like the Priority Broad Market rotation, communication and organizational skills are highly critical as this position could require being an active participant in meetings with ADIs largest customers.

In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal partners to support ADI’s customer base. Internal partners include:

  • Sales - track new design opportunities and project ramps
  • Business Units - review end customer product life cycles to understand business environments
  • Demand Planning – share and consult on customer forecast data
  • Quality Assurance - coordinate product changes and applications support
  • Supply Chain Management - analyze and understand supply position at each stage of production
  • Legal - review and negotiate customer supply agreements
  • Global customer support teams - collaborate with other customer facing team members globally

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Service-oriented individual with a four-year bachelor’s degree

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through skills

  • Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

  • Ability to perform professionally under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • High discipline, taking ownership, self-motivated with the ability to execute under minimal supervision

  • Excellent time management capability

  • Strong problem-solving capability

  • Quick learner and willing to take challenges

  • Potential travel (10%)

  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

Department of Commerce:

  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.

Department of State:
