•    Create and adhere to work plans to schedule maintenance activities in alignment with machine operations.

•    Identify and analyze current and potential issues to mitigate losses and maintain safety standards. Promptly report problems to supervisors.

•    Offer technical expertise and support to colleagues to ensure a safe working environment.

•    Execute repairs and enhancements on machines as assigned, aiming to minimize downtime, improve productivity (PPJ/Yield), and optimize yield.

•    Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring proper storage and functionality.

•    Keep comprehensive records of machine repairs and resolutions, and prepare detailed reports for supervisors.

•    Collaborate with fellow technicians to facilitate seamless workflow transitions between shifts, addressing work-related challenges and resolutions.

•    Ensure strict adherence to the company's quality standards and commitment to environmental management, health, and safety regulations.
