1.0 Primary Function Sustain and optimize package-level test processes by monitoring production, addressing process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain yield, quality, and equipment reliability in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
2.0 Educational Background• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.
3.0 Experience• Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical design is an advantage.

  • 4.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Understanding of process control principles and data analysis

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Familiarity with package-level test equipment and production operations

  • Knowledge of Solid Works or AutoCAD, and ability to perform mechanical modeling or simulation, is an advantage

  • 5.0 Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and sustain day-to-day package-level test processes during production

  • Investigate and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and improve yields

  • Analyze production/test data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions

  • Support process qualifications, engineering evaluations, and the introduction of new products

  • Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering) for issue resolution

  • Contribute to the design or improvement of mechanical fixtures or tooling as needed, utilizing Solid Works/AutoCAD skills when applicable

  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

Department of Commerce:

  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.

Department of State:

  • Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
