Key Responsibilities:

• Support by tech team to meet the goals on Machine Downtime, Utilization.
• Follow equipment specification to do machine set up & buy off.
• Follow process criteria and procedures to optimize quality throughput.
• Do shift inline support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization, and cycle time.
• Other duty assigned from time to time
• To perform 5S activities.
• Good discipline compliance and attendance on the production floor.
• Be part of the team member with Process Engineer and Maintenance to maintain and sustain the process and equipment performance. Work as a team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum poses SPM cert

• Willing to work on rotating shift day and night 12 hours

• Able to understand English

• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

• Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
