Associate Business Systems Analyst (계약직)

▶ Primary Responsibilities

• Support promotion management workflows across the Demand Planning organization
• Assist with the accurate capture, maintenance, validation, and management of promotion-related data
• Monitor business systems and processes to help ensure they operate as intended
• Identify, investigate, and document system issues, process gaps, and user requirements
• Support system improvement, enhancement, and process optimization initiatives
• Provide day-to-day user support and assist with resolving system- and process-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Demand Planning, commercial, data, and technology teams
• Ask thoughtful questions and proactively follow up to better understand business needs and system requirements
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure issues and action items are followed through to completion
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of workflows, requirements, issues, and system changes
• Support data-quality initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Continuously build knowledge of Demand Planning, commercial promotions, market activities, business systems, and supply chain processes

▶ Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Demand Planner, or related business support role
• Demonstrated ability to support multi-disciplined, high-performing teams or work groups
• Strong interest in business process, data, systems, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document requirements, summarize issues, and support decision-making
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business productivity tools
• Willingness to learn Demand Planning processes, promotion management workflows, and system capabilities
