ABOUT THE ROLE:

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Experience engineer with a strong background in PowerShell scripting and DEX tool administration. The ideal candidate will manage designing, implementing, and improving digital experience tools and remediation workflows across enterprise endpoints. This role requires ability in Nexthink Query Language (NQL), workflow designing, campaign building, and ITSM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scripts and maintain script library for MAC/Windows diagnostics and remediations.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, and Bash, with hands-on experience in developing robust and maintainable code.
  • Support reporting metrics for compliance and application and end point health from DEX tools.
  • Monitor the health of the Nexthink platform and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) following tenant upgrades, collector distribution, and agent deployment.
  • Configure and manage Nexthink campaigns, investigations, alerts, dashboards, and remote actions.
  • Develop and optimize workflows using Thinklets such as Function, Service/API, Flow Controls, and Connectors.
  • Integrate Nexthink with ITSM tools for automated incident management and ticketing.
  • Utilize Nexthink Query Language (NQL) for advanced data analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and help develop Nex Think solutions to support their use cases.
  • Building NQL API queries, webhook integration, chatbot integration and good knowledge in inbound and outbound connectivity.
  • Monitor endpoint performance, analyze trends, develop automated remediation strategies, generate reports, collaborate with DTI teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Experience tools like 1E, Aterntiy, Nexthink, Control Up and PowerShell scripting.
  • Proven experience with Nexthink integrations including Service Now incident management.
  • Proficient in Nexthink Query Language (NQL) for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Nexthink Infinity, Remote actions and Automations
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and digital experience monitoring.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of endpoint compliance frameworks and version baselining.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Windows and Mac application management with JAMF, Microsoft SCCM and Intune, or similar management platform.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Nexthink Certifications.
  • SAFe for Teams certification

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Work Hours: This position operates on the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. Candidates must be willing and able to work during these hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
