WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will work as an Information Systems engineer, specializing in Microsoft Copilot, to deliver collaboration technologies to the enterprise of over 40,000 users worldwide. You will be part of an expert team delivering our current offerings of Office 365 (Exchange, MS Teams, Share Point, Copilot, Viva Engage, etc..), and other applications like Lucid and Slido. This will be a hybrid position that may require going onsite to our facility in Lisbon, Portugal; therefore the ideal candidate should be located near in or near Lisbon.

In this role you will join a team of hardworking, multifaceted, and passionate engineers who take personal pride in the service they deliver to our workmates and external clients. You will be the lead engineer for MS Copilot, providing expert guidance to other IS teams looking to utilize Microsoft's various Copilot offerings and some will need assistance creating integrations. You will also be expected to act as an engineer and SME for other collaboration products as well, depending on the needs of the team and business.

  • The ability to simultaneously handle various tasks & prioritize them while operating within a large range of technologies.

  • Willingness to take on tasks outside of their current knowledge base while being thorough and able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in technical and non-technical language to an array of multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the collaboration and productivity needs of the organization by using OOTB features.

  • Establishing systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost-effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.

  • The coordination of testing and implementation of the system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and working with application support personnel to resolve system problems.

  • Writing and maintaining SOPs.

  • Creating integrations & automations between systems.

  • Creating awareness of the vendor product release plans and create a partnership for the delivery of new functionalities.

  • Facilitating customer-focused interaction to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed. Coordinates activities and programs with other departments to improve service performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree & 1 year of Information Systems experience

  • Bachelor's degree & 2 years of Information Systems experience

  • Associates degree & 4 years of Information Systems experience

AND

  • 1+ year of experience with MS Copilot in a product owner capacity

  • 2+ years of direct experience with Office 365 on both the admin and end user side

  • Extensive problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills are required

  • Excellent verbal communications and documentation skills are required

  • Able to work independently and provide recommendations on strategies for meeting client needs

  • Ability to bring consistency and quality assurance across various projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA

  • Working knowledge of both Azure and AWS technologies

  • Expert level PowerShell scripting

  • Project Management experience within an enterprise environment

  • Experience working with Service Now

  • Experience with Lucid/Miro

  • Experience using Smartsheet

  • Experience in automating processes tasks via scripts, bots, MS Graph, Rest API and Service Now

  • Microsoft, or other relevant certifications are a plus

  • Experience working with OCM teams and following Change procedures/processes
