Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Owns the development of business cases for Service Now HRSD enhancements
• Elicits and analyzes requests identified by Service Now HRSD stakeholders and convert them into functional system requirements
• Communicates Service Now HRSD functional requirements by preparing the appropriate artifacts
• Builds, configures, and deploys Service Now HRSD functionality per Amgen Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and procedures
• Communicates and partners with Service Now HRSD stakeholders, Service Now technical team members, service providers, and suppliers
• Assists in the creation of Service Now HRSD test cases and provides support during test phases of the project lifecycle
• Participates in change or architecture review boards in reviewing proposed Service Now HRSD changes or solutions
• Attends, facilitates, and/or leads Service Now HRSD meetings of cross-functional collaborators and service provider groups
• Support the overall Service Now HRSD Service management and governance

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years minimum experience in Service Now with with hands on experience working with HRSD
• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR IS experience

Must Have Skills:

• Previous Service Now Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) experience
• Service Now HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification
• Prior experience working in a highly agile (Scrum) environment
• Familiarity with Jira and Service Management
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including effective delegation techniques, strong issue, and risk management experience, and strong intra-team coordination skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and building collaborative working relationships; interfacing effectively with stakeholders, operations, and management to resolve issues
• Ability to organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic action plans incorporating time constraints and task priorities
• Previous experience working in a highly collaborative and culturally diverse environment
• Understands the service requirements, data definition, data alignment efforts and business outcomes to be achieved
