How will you make an impact in this role?
This role drives the design and evolution of digital products and experiences by combining UX/UI expertise, innovation mindset, and strong product orientation. The position ensures digital solutions are customer‑centric, scalable, and aligned with the company’s enterprise roadmap, while delivering measurable business and servicing impact.

Core Role / Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI and digital product design for apps and web experiences aligned with the enterprise digital roadmap.

Translate business, servicing, and customer needs into scalable digital product solutions using service design principles.

Drive innovation initiatives focused on improving customer journeys, digital adoption, and engagement.
-
Partner with product, technology, marketing, and servicing teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and value‑driven.

Act as a thought partner to leadership on digital experience evolution and product opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Strong UX/UI and service design expertise for digital products.
-
Product‑oriented mindset with experience in roadmap‑driven development.

Familiarity with financial services, digital payments, or regulated environments (preferred).

Experience working with app and web development teams.

Ability to translate analytics and insights into actionable digital strategies.

Knowledgable in emerging techonologies

5 or more years of experience

Adobe suite knowledge is a plus
