How will you make an impact in this role?

This role drives the design and evolution of digital products and experiences by combining UX/UI expertise, innovation mindset, and strong product orientation. The position ensures digital solutions are customer‑centric, scalable, and aligned with the company’s enterprise roadmap, while delivering measurable business and servicing impact.

  • Core Role / Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI and digital product design for apps and web experiences aligned with the enterprise digital roadmap.

  • Translate business, servicing, and customer needs into scalable digital product solutions using service design principles.

  • Drive innovation initiatives focused on improving customer journeys, digital adoption, and engagement.

  • Partner with product, technology, marketing, and servicing teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and value‑driven.

  • Act as a thought partner to leadership on digital experience evolution and product opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong UX/UI and service design expertise for digital products.

  • Product‑oriented mindset with experience in roadmap‑driven development.

  • Familiarity with financial services, digital payments, or regulated environments (preferred).

  • Experience working with app and web development teams.

  • Ability to translate analytics and insights into actionable digital strategies.

  • Knowledgable in emerging techonologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience

  • Adobe suite knowledge is a plus
