How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for product seamless Centurion interactions, ensuring elevated experience across Product Channels Experiential product value proposition from benefits to service.
Responsible for the following
- Project management for Centurion elevated servicing strategy (Development, Travel, lifestyle content & certification)
- Premium products dining platform owner & development
- Centurion Concierge service guidelines
- Premium development with value proposition into service implementation
- Experiential Value product management
- Product Escalations management
- Brands partnerships for Product Value
- Curate and evolve Centurion’s luxury travel, dining, and lifestyle experiential offerings.
- Identify, develop, and manage premium brand partnerships that enhance the Centurion value proposition.
- Support the design of differentiated high-touch customer journeys across concierge and premium servicing channels.
- Translate experiential strategy into operational service frameworks in collaboration with servicing and product teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning across all experiential touchpoints.
- Monitor experiential performance, customer feedback, and service quality to continuously refine the premium offering.
- Support governance and escalation management for premium product experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in premium/luxury brands, hospitality, financial services, consulting, or experiential product environments.
- Experience developing or managing luxury travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or experiential programs.
- Background in premium brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or high-end service environments strongly preferred.
- Understanding of luxury customer expectations and high-touch service models.
- Experience working with premium travel, dining, concierge, or lifestyle ecosystems. Strong understanding of customer experience design and premium service models.
- Advanced English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- Experience working with luxury brands, premium lifestyle partnerships, travel, dining, or concierge services.
- Exposure to product value proposition development and service implementation.
- Experience managing or supporting brand partnerships or experiential platforms.
- Knowledge of service governance, escalation frameworks, or premium servicing models.
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in financial services or membership-based premium products.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-touch, high-expectation customer environments.
- High attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple premium initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
- Experience in MKT
