How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline of top requested and key partner restaurants/ chef owners.
- Day-to-day management of key restaurant partners, including planning and performance of inbound and curated access (both planned reviews and ad hoc).
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. TLS, Experience Team, Product, GMS) to facilitate delivery of dining programming.
- Lead industry partnerships (including Canada’s 100 Best) ensuring we are maximizing the value of partnerships in service of enterprise objectives.
- Lead all activities around ‘dining as a product’ driving penetration and efficiency with our most valued Cardmembers, including 3 year roadmap.
- In partnership with Premium Product Team – curate passion pillar programs for Centurion Members – including retail and lifestyle event programming.
- Partner with PSV team in the planning and delivery of integrated access programming in support of depth of relationships with key PSV partners.
- 3rd party owner of BTA relationship (TLM)
- Planning and budget management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of related experience.
- Effective partner management with strong negotiation abilities.
- Strong people leader, with experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Highly motivated self-starter – you think strategically and execute flawlessly, while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Terrific team player – you build strong relationships to champion ideas, initiatives, and projects across internal cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator – you’re reliable, accountable and you bring others along with you.
- Results driver – you demonstrate a high degree of personal excellence.
- Growth mindset – you’re willing to learn, ask questions and get creative.

Hiring Range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus + benefits
