Business Unit/ Role Specific Info:

As part of the Colleague Experience Group, Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) focuses on providing advice and support to colleagues and people leaders to resolve workplace issues, develop and interpret policies, and help manage employee conduct and performance. Our mission is to drive a fair and consistent colleague experience, support the business and deliver the highest quality employment and labor relations solutions

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Assist CLR in administrative aspects such as compiling and preparing documentations for Labor Office and Industrial Court, drafting letters to regulatory bodies, filing of softcopies of documents to the designated repository for active litigation cases.

  • Conduct and perform research on current labor practices, regulations, and case laws to support CLR in advisory matters.

  • Support CLR team to liaise with stakeholders to request documents on active cases.

  • Notify and perform first stage of periodic policy review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in legal or human resources

  • Hours: Full-Time

  • Year of Study: Bachelors

  • Penultimate or Final Year of Study

This internship requires you to be available for a period of 3 months.
