The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategic Enablement (Controls & Process Documentation) will be responsible for ensuring Consumer Marketing is operating in accordance with our promises to cardmembers, as well as meeting all regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of governance activities and documentation that result in strong compliance and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with USCM teams to ensure marketing processes have the relevant procedures, controls, and testing in place to maintain ongoing compliance and operational excellence
- Develop key risk management documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Control Self Assessments, and Offer, Benefits, and Rewards deliverables
- Lead coordinated USCM response to internal audits
- Implement and own partner engagement strategy to ensure ongoing maintenance of key risk management activities
- Liaise closely with Control Management and the Business Operations team to ensure USCM complies with Enterprise and external governance needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Risk management and compliance knowledge, with experience in governance frameworks
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation with clarity and confidence
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance risk-first mindset while maintaining business agility
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment, comfort working in white space, and a bias towards action
- Comfort working in white space
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
