How will you make an impact in this role?

The Director, International CSP is responsible for shaping and delivering the Colleague Experience Group (HR) strategy across the Philippines market in alignment with enterprise priorities and business growth objectives. As a member of the Philippines Country Executive Team, this role is the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor in shaping and driving a cohesive enterprise market colleague plan (MCP), progressing workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and a differentiated colleague value proposition.

Leading the International CSP team to:

  • Ensure workforce readiness and succession strength: Translate business strategy and local market dynamics into integrated workforce plans, succession strategies, and capability development initiatives that build critical skills and leadership depth.
  • Elevate leadership and performance: Coach and advise senior leaders, strengthening performance standards, accountability, and the ability to lead change at pace.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness: Lead and manage market-specific organizational design, talent management, governance, and transformation initiatives, in close partnership with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Business Unit CSPs, to effectively lead change, increase agility, strengthen risk management practices, clarify accountabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes within the local context.
  • Deliver a differentiated colleague experience in the market: Activate enterprise total rewards, career growth, learning, and engagement solutions in ways that resonate locally and strengthen retention, mobility, and performance.
  • Integrate enterprise CEG solutions with market needs: Serve as the point of integration across Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Intl. CSP peers to ensure aligned, seamless deployment of enterprise strategies while addressing market-specific priorities and risks.
  • Develop a high-performing Philippines CSP team, act as the point of connection and integration of the local CEG functional teams to foster engagement and alignment and effective deployment of key initiatives and contribute as an active member of the International CSP team to provide thoughtful input into the strategic direction of the group.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with leadership, business partners, and across the Colleague Experience Group (HR).
  • Strategic and critical thinking: develop and execute solutions that drive meaningful colleague experiences and competitive advantage.
  • Business acumen: deep understanding of our business, our strategy, plans, and the impact of internal and external factors.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Business Partner related disciplines including but not limited to consulting, coaching, talent management and development, recruitment, organization effectiveness, leadership and change management, driving measurable high impact outcomes.
  • Ability to coach and influence leadership and navigate sensitive issues and conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and understanding of multiple Human Resource disciplines, including colleague labor relations, compensation, rewards and wellbeing.
  • A global mindset and experience with large, global, matrix organisations, navigating local and global dynamics, specifically regarding the labour market, regulation and the CVP (Colleague Value Proposition).
  • Strong people leader with the ability to set a vision, provide clarity and direction to deliver impactful solutions, and engage and create broad followership from others.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to cascade complex messages with clarity and ensure colleagues understand how what they do day-to-day supports the company’s strategic priorities and direction.

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
