The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead both volume and specialist hiring initiatives. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to enhance team performance, deliver high-quality hiring results, and cultivate trusted relationships with hiring leaders. You will champion a proactive and inclusive talent acquisition strategy and leverage insights from recruitment and business trends to design innovative solutions for securing top talent.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Build strong, positive relationships through regular communication.

  • Seek and act on hiring manager feedback to continuously improve service.

  • Understand each business area’s structure, work, and challenges to align sourcing strategies.

  • Share recruitment trends and market insights to support proactive workforce planning.

  • Act as the primary contact for recruitment-related queries, escalating risks, compliance issues, or opportunities for enhanced solutions when needed.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment following global processes and standards.

  • Ensure all hiring activities support business objectives and are fully documented in the ATS.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process innovation.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep workflows updated.

Candidate Management

  • Provide timely updates, open feedback, and professional guidance to candidates.

  • Coach candidates for interviews while maintaining authenticity.

  • Represent the business effectively and ensure candidates can present their strengths.

  • Manage Expression of Interest applications and employee referrals appropriately.

Talent Initiatives

  • Support or drive initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies.

  • Assist with building and maintaining talent pools aligned with hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge

  • 5+ years of recruitment and/or HR experience.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Passion for recruitment, with a strong commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

  • Language Skills

  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent).

  • Business-level proficiency in English.
