How will you make an impact in this role?

As a strategic leader within the Acquisition team, you will own and drive investment planning, forecasting, and goal-setting processes that directly shape our growth trajectory. Partnering cross-functionally across the organization, you will identify and unlock new opportunities to accelerate acquisition growth and drive efficiency across our full product portfolio. This role is instrumental in shaping acquisition strategy, optimizing investment decisions, and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment on priorities, performance targets, and long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate has superior analytical skills, strong communication and project management skills, and a proven ability to think strategically, developing thoughtful recommendations that align with enterprise priorities. They will require strong collaboration skills, working in close partnership with Acquisition Channel Owners, Finance and Analytics Teams to drive results. 

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities will include:

Acquisition Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end Investment Optimization and forecasting processes for the broader Acquisition team, capturing and synthesizing critical inputs into a cohesive and actionable plan.
  • Drive alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in on key planning assumptions, inputs, and trade-offs.
  • Support planning cycles through robust analysis, adjusting acquisition levers and championing it with Acquisition/Finance teams.
  • Collaborate with product and channel owners to identify scalable opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Liaising closely with channel owners and Finance to ensure proper enablement of the Acquisition Team’s budget.
  • Deliver executive-facing presentations and communications that clearly articulate forecasts, performance drivers, risks, and strategic implications.

Deriving Data-Driven Insights

  • Leverage advanced analytics to generate insights that inform acquisition strategies and enable effective go-to-market execution.
  • Support acquisition offer strategy by tracking performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and refining tactics to maximize impact.
  • Monitor performance against plan, identify key drivers and emerging risks, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide analytical, strategic and operational support on cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across a diverse group of partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with awareness of industry trends and external market dynamics.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive-presence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort working with large datasets and financial models.
     

Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually + bonus + benefits
