Role Overview
Product Director, Oracle Transformation Delivery will lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions. This role owns the product-led delivery of Oracle Cloud capabilities across global business units—driving disciplined design, execution, and deployment while ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and built for long-term ownership.
The Director partners closely with Payment Strategy & Operations, Finance, Technology, Tax, Capabilities, Business and System Integrator teams to translate strategy into product-ready solutions, driving cross-functional alignment and managing enterprise dependencies. The role represents the Product organization throughout delivery, ensuring outcomes are fit for sustained ownership and operational excellence at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
· Provide Product leadership and oversight for the enterprise-wide rollout of Oracle Cloud Procurement across multiple geographies and business units, ensuring delivery outcomes align with long-term platform ownership and BAU sustainability.
- Own executive-level Product governance, including prioritization trade-offs, funding decisions, and risk acceptance in partnership with Technology and Business leadership.
- Provide Product decision governance and approval for key functional and architectural design outcomes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.
- Support change management, training, and adoption strategies to enable effective transition to business teams.
- Manage vendor relationships (Oracle, system integrators, and consulting partners) to ensure high-quality delivery and performance.
Functional Design
o Establish and govern Oracle Cloud Procurement functional design standards, promoting fit-to-standard adoption, process standardization, and control-by-design.
- Partner with enterprise technology services to lead solution design, fit-gap analysis and solution architecture reviews for all Oracle Cloud Procurement modules that successfully align with procurement needs while enabling optimal user experience
- Review and validate key functional and architectural decisions from a Product viability and scalability standpoint.
o Own Product accountability for integration strategy, ownership models, and support readiness across Oracle Cloud Procurement integrations.
· Compliance, Controls & Quality Assurance
- Oversee Product-level quality standards to ensure accuracy, resilience, and operational reliability of Procure-to-Pay capabilities.
- Partner with Risk, Controls, and Audit teams to ensure sustained audit readiness post-implementation.
- Develop and maintain system controls in alignment with RCSA.
- Govern changes and enhancement decisions to protect platform integrity while enabling business evolution.
- Develop and execute a structured handover strategy to transition product ownership, incident management, and enhancement intake to the Product (BAU) organization post-stabilization.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of functional and technical consultants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Build a strong Product organization with deep Oracle Cloud expertise, reducing reliance on external partners over time.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and long-term reduction of platform complexity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; MBA preferred, or equivalent executive education preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance / Procurement platforms, ERP environments, or large-scale global transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P capabilities and operating models (hands-on earlier in career).
- Experience transitioning enterprise platforms from transformation into scalable, governed BAU ownership models.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence & make decisions without direct control.
- PMP, Oracle Cloud, or Agile delivery certifications preferred.
- Global rollout and localization experience (tax, regulatory compliance, multi-currency banking).
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI/OTBI, and procurement analytics tools.
- Experience developing transition and governance frameworks for BAU product ownership.
