The Digital Workplace Team at American Express is entering into a new phase of technology transformation driven by opportunities to improve Colleague experience, raise productivity and collaboration, and drive operational efficiency of all service and infrastructure operations. Working across Business and Technology, you translate data and sentiment driven requirements into crisp features for Agile teams to implement. You break complex problems into the value drivers that matter, identify opportunities for transformation, assess alternative solutions through rigorous industry research, and clearly articulate how every deliverable meets customer and colleague needs—so the Enterprise Meeting Experience keeps improving, every single day.

Designs, develops, and manages activities for a product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Partner with stakeholder teams on enhancing/refining product strategies and roadmaps. Serves as the central resource with design, process, development, test, quality, and marketing, throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle. Manages the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain. Facilitates resolution of risks, issues and changes related to the product development lifecycle. Involvement includes modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.

Responsibilities :

• Assists in developing the business case for new products or features. Assists in the research of regulatory developments and provides preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing Products. Supports in the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologies.
• Supports in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases. Partners closely with analytics team to provide input and prioritize analytics requests.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
• Assists in the identification of technical gaps and collaborates with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes. Maintain core critical metrics
• Understands competitive and internal positioning for their product or product line through internal and external market research.
• Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven track record in delivering results at pace alongside defining impactful product visions and strategies
• Experience in delivering within Agile methodologies
• Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge and experience product managing Enterprise SaaS meeting platforms (e.g. Webex, Zoom, Teams and Google Meet) and integration capabilities
• Familiarity with reporting/analytical applications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
