How will you make an impact in this role?

The eCRMs Product Manager serves as the single point of accountability for business-aligned eCRMs capabilities, supporting GCS international Stakeholders. The Product Manager will be essential to how we unlock scaled value and impact for the enterprise by supporting our CRM applications across ONE.force. This role is Outcome focused, acting on behalf of the business to refine business Change Management demand and drive delivery of Business Investment Demands and Change Requests and related CRM capabilities—independent of underlying systems or platforms.

Partnering closely with a set of Global business stakeholders, the Product Manager leads intake, discovery, and roadmap definition, ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities, scalable across the enterprise, and effectively adopted.

Responsibilities Include:

Business Ownership & GCS International Alignment:

  • Act as the single point of contact for G&L GCS Segment

  • Build deep understanding of business teams, objectives, and operating models

  • Proactively lead and help prioritise initiatives enabled by eCRMs capabilities

  • Act with a multi-market lens to match the business’ focus

  • Build and maintain a Segment focused roadmap of initiatives

Intake, Discovery & Requirements

  • Manage intake and demand from GCS stakeholders

  • Lead discovery to identify problems, opportunities, and value hypotheses

  • Break down business needs into clear features, epics, and requirements

  • Serve as subject matter expert across discovery, development, testing, and support

Delivery Partnership

  • Partner with Product Strategy, Product Design, Engineering, and Architecture to design, prioritise, and deliver solutions

  • Ensure guided selling and related eCRMs capabilities are intuitive, effective, and scalable

  • Balance business urgency with technical feasibility and enterprise standards

Adoption & Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive scalable adoption through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops

  • Capture user insights and translate them into continuous improvements

  • Establish and promote best practices for eCRMs usage within GCS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Capability Owner in a business-aligned model

  • A background working with enterprise CRM solutions

  • Experience leading discovery and requirements definition

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable operating in agile or hybrid delivery environments

  • Project / program management

  • Experience within or supporting Commercial payments industry advantageous
