Function Details:
This team operates within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Commercial Business Enablement organization to serve as first line and represent the business to ensure we effectively delivery against our expanding regulatory requirements and compliance goals as regulatory demands continue to evolve. We work to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
The Sr Lead Analyst, Regulatory Change PMO will join an expanding team to support the growing regulatory change demands and evolution of the team to strengthen data driven decisions to support the first-line PMO’s supporting project governance and execution to drive consistency in approach to govern and execute projects to better align with regulatory expectations, implement industry best-practices and ultimately deliver against our regulatory change initiatives in an efficient and effective manner. Candidates will be responsible for supporting reporting related to Annual Compliance Plan (ACP) goals,Operational Risk Events (ORE), and other identified initiatives.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities:
- The role includes developing and maintaining project documentation, tracking and reporting progress, and supporting ad-hoc requests involving data analysis, data gathering, data cleansing of large sets of data, and reporting as needed.
- Build strong relationships with partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across critical stakeholders
- Ensure on time and accurate delivery of regulatory change projects to meet Organization’s internal policies, professional, legal and regulatory standards with detailed data insights.
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while working with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to function well in a matrixed environment and with a leader not in the same location and time zone

Past Experience:
- 6 months to 1-year years of relevant experience in analytics domain
- Preferred: Experience in the corporate business
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering with relevant experience
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Advanced Excel: able to do advanced functions & VBA macros and data analysis
- PowerPoint: able to build analysis report in PowerPoint for management consumption
- Working knowledge of SQL and table linking concepts/ data pipelining. Able to extract data from Big query (LUMI) and know scripting using Python and SQL.
- Regulatory (Sanctions, KYC, etc) experience
- Experience in Global Commercial Services
- Agile Mindset and experience in using Agile tools, particularly JIRA
