How will you make an impact in this role?
Within the Technology Business Enablement (TBE) organization, the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team is responsible for aligning investment and execution of enterprise priorities, accelerating strategic alignment and planning across Enterprise Centers of Excellence (COEs), Lines of Business (LOBs), and Technology. By integrating lean principles, LPM elevates transparency, optimizes resource allocation, and drives business and customer outcomes through continuous alignment of strategy, funding, and delivery.
The Director, Digital Product Analytics – Insights & Governance enables data-driven decision-making by creating scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights that optimize investment decisions, portfolio performance, and sequencing of enterprise priorities and resources. This role specializes in leveraging planning, delivery, productivity, OKRs, capacity, and funding data to inform investment decisions, strategic planning, and execution. It also champions advanced analytics, AI/ML adoption, and visualization capabilities to drive speed of delivery and enterprise outcomes.
This position reports to the Vice President, Lean Portfolio Management and will be based in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Enterprise Portfolio Insights & Governance strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes, accelerate decision-making, and enable speed and flow of delivery across the portfolio

Lead development and prioritization of the Enterprise Portfolio Data Insights & Governance reporting & analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and user personas

Establish and enforce a robust governance framework for enterprise portfolio data to maintain hygiene, ensure accuracy, and uphold trust in insights, enabling reliable analytics and reporting at scale

Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including presentations and analytical workflows, to improve efficiency and scalability across TBE, LOBs, Product, and Technology

Champion integration of AI, ML, BI, and emerging technologies, ensuring adoption of industry best practices to advance analytics maturity

Transform complex data into compelling narratives, extracting actionable insights to craft recommendations and influence executive decision-making
-
Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while driving engagement, retention, and career progression
-
Demonstrate ability to self-start, carving opportunities out of white space and driving results with a high degree of independence

Excel in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to shifting priorities and guiding teams through change while maintaining focus on quality and outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics/Data Science, product development, and engineering teams, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
-
Expertise in Python, Power BI, AI/ML, Tableau, Data Modeling, and advanced Excel skills

Experience with LLMs (Llama, OpenAI GPT), RAG, Lang Chain, and advanced vectorization techniques; familiarity with Agentic AI and Graph RAG use cases is a plus

Expert in enterprise collaboration tools and reporting suites including Jira, Rally, Clarity, Apptio Target Process, Confluence

Demonstrated success in managing large, complex products or portfolios with multiple stakeholders

Highly skilled in Agile product development methodologies, program and project management, with proven ability to define and deliver a product roadmap.

Exceptional collaboration and thought leadership skills, with a proven track record of partnering effectively across global teams to solve complex problems
-
Strong strategic and analytical orientation, combining numerical proficiency with forecasting capabilities and financial acumen to drive business insights and recommendations

Superb executive communication skills with the ability to capture and translate insights into a clear story and recommendations in a concise way to senior audiences
