How will you make an impact in this role?
This is an opportunity to intern with the American Express legal team, based in Singapore. You will work with a dynamic and driven team of lawyers in the American Express General Counsel’s Organization, who are responsible for supporting American Express’s multiple lines of business across Asia. The successful intern will support the lawyers on a diverse range of matters, including business initiatives, commercial contracts and regulatory issues. Coaching and mentoring will be provided to the intern, who will have the chance to gain invaluable insights to the operations of an in-house legal team, and exposure to a leading global financial services firm.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate Law degree with participating universities (National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences)
- Keen learner
- Self-motivator
- Excellent communicator
